ICES advises that when the precautionary approach is applied, catches in each of the years 2021 and 2022 should not exceed 46 tonnes, assuming recent discard rates. To ensure the stock in Functional Unit (FU) 10 is exploited sustainably, management should be implemented at the functional unit level. Note: This advice sheet is abbreviated due to the COVID-19 disruption. The previous advice issued for 2019 and 2020 is attached as Annex 1.
