ICES advises that when the precautionary approach (PA) is applied, landings in each of the years 2021 and 2022 should not exceed 956 tonnes. ICES cannot quantify the corresponding total catches. To ensure that the stock in Functional Unit (FU) 33 is exploited sustainably, management should be implemented at the functional unit level. Note: This advice sheet is abbreviated due to the COVID-19 disruption. The previous advice issued for 2019 and 2020 is attached as Annex 1.
